We are currently seeking a strong and experienced Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team.

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch’s operations, including service delivery, sales growth, customer satisfaction, staffing, and compliance. This is a leadership role that requires operational expertise, strong team management, and a results-driven mindset to ensure the branch meets its financial and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch across pest, lawn, termite, and insulation services Lead and manage service and sales teams to meet branch goals for revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction Monitor and improve route efficiency, service quality, and technician performance Recruit, train, and retain top-performing technicians, sales reps, and administrative staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and company safety standards Manage inventory, fleet, and equipment to support smooth service operations Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction and retention rates Collaborate with corporate leadership to execute company initiatives, promotions, and growth strategies Track, analyze, and report on branch KPIs including revenue, profit margins, completion rates, and customer feedback Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the pest control industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role Valid pest control licenses/certifications (as required by the state) Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong understanding of operational processes including routing, scheduling, inventory, and compliance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Working knowledge of termite, lawn, and TAP insulation services is a plus Proficiency in business software such as PestPac or similar platforms Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
