Job Summary:

Janus Global Operations LTD (JGO) seeks a qualified Iraqi national to serve as the CMO Translator and the JGO Assistant Branch Manager for our Iraq operations. This role requires fluency in English and Arabic and the ability to ensure full compliance with Iraqi laws and regulations while maintaining operational excellence. Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the CMO Translator / Assistant Branch Manager will actively support and uphold the Company’s mission, vision, and values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of JGO company registrations, permits, and regulatory compliance matters Assist in representing the company in Iraqi courts and before judicial authorities at all levels Assist in ensuring compliance with Iraqi Company Law No. 21 of 1997 and subsequent amendments Assist in the processing and execution of all visas, legal documents, contracts, and official correspondence

Financial & Administrative Management Duties:

Assist in the management of branch banking operations Assist in the Oversite of accounts, transfers, letters of credit, and financial guarantees Supervise payroll, labor contracts, and employee documentation Maintain accurate records for tax, customs, and regulatory purposes

Qualifications:

Two (2) years of service or experience in country management operations for a US corporation. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Previous experience in finance Valid Driver’s License Ability to work under pressure and high stress situations Strong written and oral communication skills High-quality analytical skills, leadership skills, and relationship management competencies to understand the impact and sensitivity of corporate compliance issues Ability to understand, interpret, analyze, and develop consensus within an organizational climate of diverse operational activities and often-conflicting regulations, imposed by agencies with regulatory jurisdiction Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
