OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

: Responsible for the efficient handling and control of the parts and service department. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility Protect equipment and parts inventory Protect and monitor the building Dispatch and control the service dept. Provide technicians with the tools (training, support, and parts) needed to complete jobs Manage Service labor Manage the parts and service departments Take care of all customers- internally and externally Provide professional and accurate invoices Build and sustain customer relationships Work with the sales and rental department on the distribution of equipment Other duties as assigned by management

OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

(Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements to operate a company vehicle when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the equipment or related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities. Demonstrated experience in profit loss management and business development. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
