North Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, FL 33603 As a Bilingual Sales & Service Assistant Manager you role is responsible for Member Satisfaction (Branch operations, referral management, front desk facilitation, process improvement); Team Development (leadership, growth, coaching); Organizational Image (maintenance, equipment, supplies, associate image and ownership); Compliance (procedures, policies, associate education, government regulations, loss prevention); Trends (transaction volume, staffing, productivity)

Bilingual Sales and Service Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:

Make independent decisions in the best interest of the member and credit union to ensure member satisfaction Provides product and service information to members in a helpful, professional manner Limits losses through associate education and monitoring adherence to established operating and security policies/procedures Responsible for branch compliance self-assessments – compliance guidelines and government regulations Prepares a branch schedule that is conducive to member needs and actively monitors trends with transactions and/or branch volume to adjust scheduling as needed Assists with new hire, operation and procedural training Communicates branch stats, audits, productivity and goals on an ongoing basis Facilitates meetings and trainings to achieve branch goals Accountable for keys and combos being evenly distributed and documented to branch staff Responsible for maintaining and testing the branch alarm system Works with Digital Services to ensure branch ATM’s/ITM’s are fully operational for members Uses experience to provide associate support (educations, performance reviews, member concerns, etc.) through leadership, coaching, feedback, development, recognition and encouragement Performs dialogues, review of goals, and assessments with branch staff

Bilingual Sales and Service Assistant Manager Experience:

Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions Bilingual (English & Spanish) required

Bilingual Sales and Service Assistant Manager Education:

Two year degree preferred Certification and two years related operations experience or 4 years financial Operations experience. Strong sales, service, and leadership skills

Bilingual Sales and Service Assistant Manager Schedule:
