Overview:
Our company offers B2B sales, service, and installation of building products. We are seeking a Branch Manager experienced in a service environment to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach with proven success in managing efficient and profitable operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the business Ensure training and development of personnel Work with divisional leaders to develop and execute on strategy to grow business Manage the operation to maximize the financial success of the branch Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Promote and drive a positive culture Responsible for the overall P&L of the branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be highly organized
- Strong customer service mentality
