The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of P&C Insurance operations, including sales, customer relationship management, and marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving branch performance and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. Oversee daily operations, including account management, carrier relationships, and staff performance.
