Carwash Manager, your key role is to oversee and manage the daily operations of a high volume, customer-focused car wash facility and achieve financial targets by managing the site P&L. Building and managing the club membership / Sales is critical to the success of the operation, must communicate effectively with staff, customers & loyalty members. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining equipment, managing customer relations, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards. You will be a part of our high-energy outdoor team providing our customers with a Clean, Fun, and Fast experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Carwash Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, generating sales through business development plans, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining equipment and inventory. The Carwash Manager will also be responsible for budget management and implementing cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators Generate sales through strategic business development plans, including loyalty members, fleet accounts, and cold calling Oversee and coordinate daily car wash operations, including managing the club membership program Ensure customer and member satisfaction by communicating information about promotions and memberships Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and schedule staff to maintain optimal coverage during operational hours Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure functionality and address any issues promptly Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and safety regulations Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other materials Manage the budget for the car wash facility and implement cost-effective measures Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a carwash manager role Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively Proven self-starter with the ability to make decisions Must be able to perform principal duties of the job Good oral communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime and evening shifts Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions
