Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all branch sales, service, and operational functions
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow deposits and loans
Build strong community and client relationships through outreach and networking
Coach and supervise branch staff, overseeing performance and training
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
Collaborate with internal partners to refer clients to wealth, trust, and commercial services
Monitor branch performance, budget, and compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
7+ years of branch management experience, with strong business development skills
