RESPONSABILITIES
As the Branch Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our branch. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values. Supports and creates training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
