Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction Ability to write accurate estimates and review job profitability Analyze and manage budgets Analyze and review Time and Materials invoices Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities Job Qualifications (General Manager / Branch Manager) Insurance Restoration Job Compensation (General Manager / Branch Manager) Insurance Restoration 5+years managing an Insurance Restoration company or division Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams Knowledge of Xactimate is necessary WRT, ASD, Mold certifications, IICRC is a plus Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects BA/BS required or equivalent experience Mitigation, Construction and Reconstruction experience A competitive salary Up to $200,000.00 base salary plus commission Comprehensive bonus program Comprehensive Benefits Upward mobility! #
