Branch Manager Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new HVAC distribution branch in St. Petersburg, FL. Well-experienced candidates will have a solid background in HVAC, and a working knowledge of warehouse logistics.

Compensation:

$52-58k/annually + commission
What you’ll be doing: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
Manage and support inside sales and warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Drive customer satisfaction through prompt service, accurate order fulfillment, and professional support.
Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and outbound logistics.
Ensure timely and efficient order processing, maintaining accuracy and service excellence.
Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of HVAC products, especially Trane and American Standard offerings.
Collaborate with the Regional Director to align branch operations with broader company goals. What you’ll need to be considered: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
HVAC industry experience (specifically Trane and American Standard Products).
Working knowledge of warehouse operations.
Experience managing a team.
