Compensation:

$52,000 – $58,000 + commission

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations of inside sales and warehouse teams
• Managing order fulfillment and inventory coordination
• Driving customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Leading branch-level sales initiatives and growth strategies
• Ensuring accurate and timely order processing
• Reporting performance metrics to the Regional Director
• Fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture What You’ll Need to be

• Be able to do the job as described
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• HVAC industry experience, especially with Trane and American Standard products
• A bachelor’s degree (huge plus)
