Position Summary:

As Branch Manager of our St. Pete boutique, you’ll lead a team catering to discerning customers who expect elegance, education, and excellence. This location showcases the best in luxury sleep products — from organic latex to the top natural brands in the industry. You’ll lead the sales floor, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every client interaction matches the elevated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead showroom experiences for high-end, design-conscious customers Curate and present natural, luxury mattress solutions with confidence Exceed daily/monthly sales goals — both personal and storewide Maintain showroom aesthetics, inventory flow, and brand presence Handle quotes, custom orders, follow-ups, and white-glove service needs Train and mentor reps in premium product knowledge and soft-sell technique Coordinate with logistics to ensure flawless post-sale execution

Qualifications:

3+ years of luxury, commission-based sales experience (mattress or home goods preferred) 1+ year in a store, branch, or team leadership role Fluent in consultative sales — able to match energy with high-end clientele CRM/POS proficiency and attention to customer detail (NetSuite is a plus) Weekend and holiday availability required Spanish-English bilingual a plus Physically able to support light merchandising and showroom setup (up to 125 lbs with help)
