We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Savannah, GA location.

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Savannah branch, including new and used parts sales and administration. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation and profitability of the branch while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of employees, including new and used part sales and administrative staff. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Oversee inventory management, including parts ordering, stock control, and forecasting. Coordinate with the corporate office to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Monitor branch performance and financial metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development. Maintain a thorough understanding of heavy construction equipment products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in branch management, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers. Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial reports. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Ironpeddlers’ parts inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and applications for different makes and models of machinery. Knowledge of SANY products and services is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
