This position is located in our Pooler, GA office and will report directly to our Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory and establishing strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with uncapped earning potential in the staffing industry! Top performers are making in excess of $100k annually.

Branch Manager:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Identifying new business opportunities by networking and community events
• Negotiating contracts, setting bill rates and closing sales
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management
• Spends majority of daily activities away from employer’s place of business making sales calls and obtaining contracts for services
• Engage potential customers using established sales methods to educate, consult, inform, and ultimately close the sale
• Stay informed about industry trends
• Commit to delivering an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish Qualifications for the

Branch Manager:

• Proven experience in leadership, customer service, sales, or business development
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong knowledge of outside sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP, Taleo, TempWorks or Paychex
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close job offers
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
• Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates
• Familiarity with human resources policies, procedures, and employment laws
