Marietta Base Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Smyrna, GA 30082 General Purpose The Zerorez Atlanta Group comprises a central headquarters with services supporting various Zerorez operations and business across the Eastern US. To successfully establish and grow these Bases of business, Zerorez requires leaders who are dedicated to customer service and sales and are capable of developing and managing a team that can support growth. Bases will be supported in Marketing, Revenue Planning, Call Centers, Technology, Accounting & Finance, Inventory HR and Fleet. General Overview A Base Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the sales, service, inventory and operations for their Base territory. In the early stages, Base Managers will operate as full-time operators working out of their homes or storage units. As their businesses grow, they will be responsible for growing revenue and delivery excellent customer service by attracting and developing their teams, managing revenues and costs, and implementing standard processes and procedures. This position will report to the Division Residential Manager of the Atlanta Group. Main Job Task and Responsibilities The Base Manager has responsibility for:

  • Working with the Department Manager to establish and achieve annual business goals with a focus on profitability and growth
  • Challenging the team members to consistently exceed past levels of performance and profitability by improved sales and service
  • Ensuring the use of business tools to measure, monitor and improve business performance (including growth and profitability)
  • Ensuring compliance with all business regulations including financial, environmental, safety and labor regulations
  • Hiring, developing, and retaining the human talent to enable long-term, sustainable business performance; similarly, they are responsible for maintaining high morale and a high performing group in part by directly addressing poor performers or destructive employees
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and quality
  • Ensuring proper inventory procedures are executed.
  • Ensuring the effective condition and use of vans, tools, other equipment and facilities and the appropriate purchase and use of materials and supplies, this includes fleet support in alignment with PM schedules. Full-time 12 pm-8 pm Tuesday-Saturday. Salary range is $50k-$66k based on background and experience Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Technician with the aptitude to manage customers, lead others, and deliver great financial results
  • Specific requirements for this role include: o Bachelor’s Degree desired; Otherwise, 5+ yrs experience or equivalent combination of education and experience o Strong track record of exceptional personal performance o Demonstrated ability to lead others and to work collaboratively with others o Solid analytical skills & computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) or ability to learn o Possessing the utmost in honesty, discretion and professionalism
