Atlanta Branch Manager – Film & TV Lighting Equipment Lux Lighting LLC East Point, GA 30344 About the Role As Atlanta Branch Manager , you’ll lead our East Point location and help grow Lux Lighting’s presence throughout the Southeast. You’ll be responsible for business development, rental operations, facility upkeep, client engagement, and cross-branch collaboration. You’ll work closely with teams in Los Angeles and New York but be empowered to operate independently. The core focus of this role is driving revenue growth —with everything else in support of that goal. What You’ll Do Develop and grow new rental, repair, and sales clients in the Atlanta production community Act as the local lead for quoting and managing rental orders Cross-promote all services—rental, repair, and sales—to maximize customer value Collaborate with the New York branch to align East Coast strategies Work with the Sales team to identify and engage new and existing clients Collaborate with the Director of Repairs on gear readiness and third-party repairs Plan or host in-house gear demos and training sessions with manufacturers Represent Lux Lighting at events, trade shows, and client meetings Keep the warehouse and office organized, clean, and always visitor-ready Invite clients to tour the facility and visit customers onsite as needed Partner with local film schools and student filmmakers to support emerging talent Coordinate with the LA-based Office Manager to manage supplies and report shortages Occasionally assist with pulling orders or physical gear handling during peak periods Travel to other branches or attend industry events as needed Ideal Candidate Profile You might be a great fit if you’ve: Led a small-to-mid-sized rental, warehouse, or production services team Built business through outreach, vendor relationships, or referrals Worked in film/TV lighting, camera, grip, or equipment rental Created strong client relationships through responsiveness and reliability Thrived in a hands-on, self-managed environment with wide responsibility Qualifications Highly driven, independent, and proactive—able to operate without on-site supervision Experience in film/TV rental operations, production services, or sales Familiarity with the Atlanta film community and regional production trends Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable with a mix of office, client-facing, and warehouse environments Proximity to East Point, GA preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with occasional physical tasks Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Work Environment This is a full-time, salaried position . While Lux Lighting serves the film/TV industry, this is not a freelance or on-set position . It is not suited for those seeking part-time production work between gigs. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a structured, high-impact business.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$55,000 – $62,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
