The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and delivery of aircraft parts in the Atlanta area. Our company specializes in both General and Corporate aviation parts sales. Duties Drive sales to meet or exceed branch targets. Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration and high performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Responsible for Outside/Inside sales of aircraft parts with company provided sales vehicle. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service-oriented environment. Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to branch operations.
