Incollaboration with, and under the guidance of, the Branch Manager,you will develop and implement a comprehensive local business planfocused on growth of market share and client assets. As a branchleader, you will coach a driven team of branch professionals,attending to performance management and employee engagement. Inmore than 300 branch offices in 45 U.S. states, you’ll find BranchManagers leading and coaching their teams as they work directlywith our clients to achieve their financial goals. As an ABM, youare on a direct path to become a Branch Manager, a critical leaderrole within our Investor Services organization, which isresponsible for helping individuals and families with theirfinancial goals, including retirement planning, charitable giving,estate planning, active investing or managing banking and lendingneeds. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalentwork-related experience
• A valid and active Series 7 licenserequired
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required
• A valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license required (may beobtained within a 90 day condition of employment)
• Since this is adevelopment role, those that are hired into his position need to beflexible to relocate across the network when a manager role becomesavailable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years in thefinancial services industry with leadership experience preferred
• Ability to provide ongoing employee coaching, development, andrecognition
• Demonstrated business development experience with astrong drive for results
• Passion to focus on retention anddevelopment of top talent through coaching, performance management,and employee engagement.
• Openness to build and deepenrelationships with clients, within the community and within Schwabto achieve desired results
• A valid and active Life and HealthInsurance license (may be obtained within a 120 day condition ofemployment)
• CFP® designation is preferred
