Full-Time | Monday-Friday Care Star EMS is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Office Manager with strong business development skills to help us grow our impact across Georgia. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who can manage day-to-day operations while also building partnerships with healthcare providers, including social workers, nursing homes, rehab centers, and dialysis facilities. Qualifications Prior office management or healthcare administration experience (2+ years preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with healthcare outreach, referrals, or relationship-building Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR platforms Familiarity with EMS or medical transport industry is a plus Valid Georgia driver’s license and reliable transportation Office Management Responsibilities Oversee all daily front-office operations Manage scheduling, dispatch support, and logistics for EMS teams Maintain clean, organized, and professional office environment Handle incoming calls, emails, patient records, and staff documentation Coordinate vehicle paperwork, DPH compliance, and staff files Supervise administrative team and serve as first point of contact Business Development Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers, and facilities Conduct site visits to nursing homes, dialysis clinics, rehab centers , etc. Promote Care Star EMS services and develop referral pipelines Track outreach activity and maintain CRM or outreach reports Represent Care Star EMS at community events or healthcare meetings Work closely with leadership to align growth goals with daily strategy What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven healthcare organization Flexible, supportive leadership team Weekly DPH compliance support Impactful role that blends administration with purpose-driven outreach At Care Star EMS , we are committed to delivering not only excellent patient care—but also meaningful connections in the communities we serve.
