PREVIOUS STAFFING SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Please do not apply if you do not have staffing agency experience. Our Bilingual Selling Branch Manager will earn a competitive base salary plus commission. Salary is negotiable and will be based only on staffing sales experience. Some of your responsibilities as a Bilingual Selling Branch Manager will include full cycle recruiting, posting job ads on various job boards and social media, set up hiring events, maintain current relationships with clients and generate a pipeline of prospective clients.

Other duties will include:

Cold calling prospective clients Understanding the Company’s sales process with the expectation of meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals. Sourcing data of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, the Internet and other sources. Attending networking events to promote new business in the community. To be considered, for our Bilingual Selling Branch Manager role, you must have background with working in a staffing agency as a recruiter.

Other requirements needed:

At least 2+ year’s prior Staffing Sales experience. Excellent computer skills. High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Your own reliable transportation and clean driving record.
