Purpose:

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) will beresponsible for applying sales strategies in an effort to growHCC’s business at new and existing customer sites with an emphasison the manufacturing sector. The BSM will work to sell HCC’s partswasher and environmental services to facilities that include smallto medium size industrial and automotive repair businesses.

Continuous growth of branch sales will be key to this position. TheBSM will be provided with a car allowance and is expected to drivetheir personal vehicle as part of this role.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviorsin a manner that is consistent with all HCC safety guidelines Responsible for customer service and new business developmentin a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company Pursues additional services with existing accounts Assesses potential customer needs, presents HCC products andservices to customers, and develops new customers Performs managerial duties in lieu of Branch Manager on aninterim basis as needed Perform field tests and proper sampling of various wastestreams at customer sites Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing Assist HCC field sales representatives in sales activities inrelation to new customer accounts Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly Maintains compliance with all applicable Department ofTransportation (DOT) requirements Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customerdevelopment Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including butnot limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), humanresources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance. Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Experience:

Sales experience required (HCC sales preferred) Industrial sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, & Access)

Education, Certificates, Licenses, orDesignations:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) andMed Card with HAZMAT and Airbrake Endorsements preferred Ability to obtain TWIC/rapid gate/port pass preferred Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC’spublished standards including, but not limited to the following; Seat belt and cell phone violations Excessive speeding DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions

PersonalProtective Equipment :

Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which mayinclude a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safetyglasses, reflective vest, and hard hats

Physical Requirements :

Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh54-80lbs Frequent pushing/pulling of 16-55 gallon drums or largercontainers of waste/product using HCC-approved equipment for safematerial handling, drum weight may exceed 400lbs Frequent lifting of hoses weighing up to 55lbs. Frequent climbing of ladders to access approved wastestreams Occasionally pulling/dragging of hoses weighing up to 55lbseach Frequent lifting of grates, manhole covers, and other plates toaccess approved waste streams All applicants must pass the pre-employment physical includingdrug & alcohol screening

Work Environment :

While performingessential duties of this position an individual regularly works ina variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear,reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably useelectronic devices and other office equipment. Essential dutiesrequire bending, squatting, climbing, lifting and twistingfrequently. Noise level in the workplace can vary based upon thework environment. The average annual earning potential for this position is $70,000 -$90,000, and includes benefits such as the following: Health, Dental and Vision insurance Wellness Program Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement The compensation for this role iscomprised of a weekly base salary plus uncapped commission. Actualtotal earnings will vary based on performance and location and mayfall outside of the range shown.
