Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting a clusterof financial centers in designated markets in the absence of theassigned financial center manager and as a market-level resource.
Key responsibilities include managing as a business owner,fostering a team environment, and instilling an effectiveclient-centric and risk culture. Job expectations include drivingoperational excellence, ensuring that all aspects of the financialcenter run effectively and cohesively.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through one or acombination of the following: coaching, training and/or motivatinga diverse work team Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with othersoutside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolveproblems independently or escalate as needed to promote customersatisfaction Strong financial and business acumen including experience inleading managers and interpreting financial reports to driveprofitability Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisionswhile achieving business goals Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easilyengage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest inbuilding/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment toproviding personalized service Strong organizational skills including the ability to managemultiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while deliveringresults Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal,written and presentation) and active listening skills Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (forexample, Microsoft Office) Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as requiredto run the business Must be able to travel to any financial center within thedefined market
Desired Qualifications:
