Overview:
We are searching for a natural leader who is ready tomake an impact by leading day-to-day operations of our branch. Theideal candidate has a passion for strategy and is interested inachieving business results while making connections with customers,job seekers, and colleagues. This position is responsible forleading a team, organizing operational activities, and executingthe branch sales strategy. The Branch Manager ensures operationaland financial performance is maintained, and profit margins andrevenue goals are achieved. Brockton, MA Responsibilities:
Execute branch sales strategy by sourcing and qualifying new leads,developing our workforce solutions, and pricing and closing ordersManage and grow existing customer accounts by closing additionalup-sell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining consistentcommunication Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure that we have aqualified pool of talent to meet customer demand Strategicallymanage branch profit and loss (P&L) and handle complaints,settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts Hire, manage,train, and coach your team of branch staff and set performancegoals and expectations Oversee day-to-day operations of the branchand assist with hands-on processes as needed Perform additionalresponsibilities as required
Qualifications:
5 years relatedexperience; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Prior experience managing in the staffingindustry preferred Proven leadership competencies and experienceExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with theability to persuade a wide range of customer stakeholdersProficient business acumen to include financial performance, andsuccess in developing and maintaining customer relationships Strongorganizational skills, attention to detail, and ability toprioritize tasks under pressure Valid driver’s license and goodsafety record required for driving to locations Possess additionalqualifications as needed
Salary Range:
$48,214 – $67,500 annually,depending on experience and geographic location. Please note thatactual compensation offered may vary based on local payrequirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wageor salary thresholds.

Physicaland Work Requirements:
Branch work environment with frequentcustomer interaction, constantly operates a computer, phone, andother office equipment. Employee is frequently required to stand,walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employeemust regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently liftand/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and good safety record required for drivingto locations. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
