Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage the office support staff including recruiters and other administrative support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee the branch including recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Execute sales strategy to meet and exceed branch revenue/billing hour goals Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to assess satisfaction and address any issues Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques Track and report on sales metrics Coordinate and assist the team to ensure timely placement of candidates Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the
Operations Manager Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
1+ year sales and business development experience is required 1+ year recruiting experience is required 2+ years B2B sales or staffing industry experience is required A valid driver’s license is required Experience in construction, industrial, or staffing sectors is preferred
Compensation:
$52,000.00 per year + commissions and bonuses

Friday Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
