This role offers a great opportunity for someone with banking experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow in a leadership capacity.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations and team oversight Assist with achieving sales and service goals by promoting bank products and solutions Open new accounts, process consumer loan applications, and address client needs Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures Foster a consultative and team-oriented branch culture Step in to lead the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence Help coach and support staff in daily functions and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:
