Job Description Under direction from branch manager andassistant, provide prompt, efficient and friendly services tocustomers, involving receipt and payment of cash, and to recognizecustomer needs with suggestions appropriate to the bank’sservices Follow established policies in accordance with the bank’s andsupervisor’s direction Ensure that each personal banker/teller balances and assist inlocating any differences Ensure that all differences are properly initialed and, ifrequired, reported to the manager immediately Accountable for personal achievement of monthly new accountproduction as assigned by upper management Responsible for the guidance, development and assistance ofpersonal banker growth and sales production Sell and prepares money orders, cashiers checks, Bank-to-bankwires, savings bonds, travelers’ checks and certificates ofdeposits Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a largeSpanish speaking population Ensure that appearance of the teller area and personnel are neat,organized and in accordance with bank policy Other duties as assigned
