A successful BM thrives in a digital-first environment, showcasingthe seamless accessibility of mobile and online banking platformsto customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a diversetalent pipeline, developing your colleagues to meet evolvingbusiness needs, and prioritizing their performance and growth. Witha focus on continuous learning, you’ll implement coaching plansthat inspire your team to achieve personal and branch-widegoals. To succeed, you must effectively communicate business priorities ina way that energizes and empowers your colleagues to execute withconfidence. As the branches execution and outcomes owner, you’llcombine financial acumen with strategic insights to guidedecision-making and deliver results. Leading by example, you willdirect all colleague and sales activities to ensure key targets arenot only met but exceeded. As a visible and engaged brand ambassador, you will connect withthe local community to cultivate new customer relationships anddeepen existing ones. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other ProfessionalCredentials Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Leadership experience, with proven ability to coach and developto drive sales excellence, ensure the delivery of world-classcustomer service, and operational integrity in a high-volume branchenvironment 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Bankingenvironment Successful record of managing objectives in meeting salesgoals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit and lossenvironment Drive an exceptional customer experience validated throughcustomer satisfaction surveys Maintain strong partnerships with community & civicorganizations Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirementsset forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successfulcompletion of the required background checks and obtaining a uniqueidentifier from the NMLS Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Retail banking Talent sourcing & assessment Hours and Work Schedule Hours per
