Job Description
Applicant will be responsible for effectively soliciting present and former customers by phone, mail or in person to develop loans and collect assigned accounts. Will also be responsible for reviewing daily transactions to ensure policies and procedures are being followed, reviewing and investigation customer’s inquiries and concerns, explaining various programs to fit customer’s financial needs, assisting in hiring, training and developing of other staff and becoming proficient in all aspects of banch management in preparation for relocation to management position. Must be willing to transfer, upon request, to any branch location in the company’s branch network (including out of state). Typing, basic computer knowledge and good communication skills are also required.
