The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily branch operations, including member services, lending, and teller functions.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet branch performance goals.
  • Promote credit union products and services to members and the community.
  • Resolve member issues and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Represent the credit union at community events and networking opportunities.
  • All other duties as requested by executive management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary:

$50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

Bonus Potential:

Up to 10% of base salary based on branch performance.
