What You’ll Do:
Build and Strengthen Relationships:
Cultivate strong partnerships with key customer accounts by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
Drive Performance:
Set clear sales goals for the internal team, track progress, and provide hands-on coaching to help individuals and the branch succeed.
Ensure Service Excellence:
Monitor the quality and performance of design centers and independent reps; implement continuous improvement strategies where necessary. Lead with

Analyze sales data, financial reports, and customer activity to make informed decisions that drive profitability and efficiency.
Develop Business Strategy:
Create detailed sales forecasts, business plans, and financial objectives to support long-term success.
Support Key Accounts:

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a retail or B2B sales environment In-depth experience in the construction, building materials, or interior design industries Proven success managing P&L, forecasts, expenses, and sales operations Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership abilities Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach Why Join Us?
