What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture Manage commercial loan administration and support complex accounts Oversee daily operations, fraud prevention, and compliance with all regulatory requirements Serve as a strategic partner to commercial and treasury teams, identifying growth opportunities Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide tailored financial solutions Promote digital banking tools and drive continuous improvement in customer experience Represent the bank in the community, strengthening brand presence and client relationships

What You Bring:
