The opening we have:
Consumer Lending Manager (salary starts at $77,000 depending on relevant experience) The work you will participate in: Motivate, train, and challenge employees to grow within their positions while promoting service excellence and teamwork Complete employee performance evaluations; handle and track employee performance in a direct and professional manner Coach and motivate staff to achieve personal and virtual branch sales goals Conduct regular department meetings Assist with personnel matters including approving timesheets, coordinating requests for time off, completing absence reports, and conducting regular one-on-ones Oversee direct and indirect loan program, 24/7 loan provider, small business loan requests and process employee consumer loans in a confidential manner Handle escalated member calls, follow up research and loan corrections Make timely decisions on loans Assess, communicate and conduct branch training in order to educate the staff on various lending policies and procedures as well as to help minimize errors Prepare monthly reports consisting of volume reporting, sales, call evaluations and department updates Stay current on all regulations as it relates to lending Participate in supervisor and management meetings as required Other duties as assigned
