Pay:

Starting at $25.00/hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours Required:

Monday and Wednesday, 9:00

• 5:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:45
• 3:15 Saturday, 9:00
• 1:00, (rotating)

Life:

Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals. Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager. Provide detailed information concerning credit union accounts, dividend rates, loan rates, policies and all member services. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services and services in order to cross-sell those products and services which will serve the needs of the member. Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm

Build and retain member relationships through quality service. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

One to three years of similar or related experience. Cash handling experience required. Credit Union or Banking experience desired. Outstanding leadership and customer service skills. Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task. High school diploma or equivalent required.
