If you’re ready to grow, lead, and make a difference, this is where it starts What you’ll be doing : Growing & Retaining Accounts Build and execute plans to expand existing accounts and recover lapsed clients Lead regular business reviews and ensure service delivery meets SLA standards Serve as a key point of contact for client escalations and ongoing communications Set and monitor competitive pay and bill rates based on market and client needs Identify growth opportunities through client feedback and economic trends Management Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing branch team to meet KPIs Oversee branch operations including P&L, budgeting, and cost control Ensure legal compliance, manage credit checks, and oversee collections Conduct performance reviews, audits, and strategy sessions with direct reports Support recruitment activities and build partnerships with local hiring sources
