Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations including inventory, staff management, and customer service Lead and develop a team to meet sales goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of HVAC and sheet metal product orders Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers Handle branch-level hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and support company initiatives
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 5+ Years Prior experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or construction supply industry Proven leadership experience managing a team in a warehouse, supply house, or distribution center Strong knowledge of inventory systems and basic business operations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
