My client is a well-established community bank in Brooklyn, NY. They are seeking a Branch Manager to join their team and oversee daily operations, drive branch performance, and foster a culture of customer service and community engagement. This individual will manage a team of frontline staff, ensure compliance with internal controls, and collaborate with regional leadership. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and compliance. Manage branch sales activities by setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching staff. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners. Promote bank products and services, including checking, savings, small business, and lending solutions. Ensure adherence to regulatory policies, internal controls, and audit procedures. Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of branch employees. Requirements 5+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of consumer banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. Familiarity with branch systems and platforms is a plus.
