Responsibilities Lead and manage branch staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including Fair Housing regulations and TILA. Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Manage customer relationships effectively, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Monitor cash management processes and ensure proper handling of debits and credits. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service best practices and regulatory requirements. Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Skills Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles. Proficiency in loan processing procedures and familiarity with FNMA guidelines. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Basic math skills for cash management and transaction processing. Understanding of debits, credits, and overall banking operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
