SUMMARY:
The role of DivisionalBranch Coordinator, AVP provides support and leadership to BranchManagers within the Division in accordance with Lendmark FinancialServices policies and procedures. Ensures that the highest qualityof customer service is provided to customers within the Division.
Provides Branch Managers with administrative support is areas ofcompliance, regulations, policies and procedures.
MAJORDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and monitor delinquency, chargeoff’s and non-performing assets (20%) Assist in preparation andmanagement of divisional budget (20%) Conduct full/follow – upsupervisions on all offices of responsibility according toLendmark’s policies and procedures and audit standards (20%) Riskassessment of divisional branch operations through their review andanalysis of audit and management reports and information (10%)Insure divisional compliance with applicable laws, regulations andcompany policies and procedures (10%) Responsible for personnelmanagement to include recruitment and selection of evaluatingpersonnel and training and development which will include theadministration of the management training program (10%) Assist withacquisitions to include due diligence, employee evaluation andconversion (5%) Other duties as assigned (5%)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of experience in consumer finance business or relatedindustry Bachelor’s degree or comparable education or relatedtraining Personnel Management experience Budgeting and industryfinancial analysis experience Proficient in Microsoft Word andExcel Ability to work independently Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills Ability to deal effectively with othermanagers and all staff personnel Detail-oriented and Stronganalytical skills Ability to travel a considerable amount of timeCommunicate with Executive Level management in a concise andprofessional manner Previous experience in divisional managementposition in consumer finance industry

COMPENSATION
This position is eligiblefor Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual andcompany performance guidelines. The salary range for this positionis $85,000 – $120,000 annually, based on the specific Knowledge,Skills, Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate. Thisposition is not a remote position but can work within the LendmarkBranch network in West Virginia.
