Branch Manager of Rental Operations A to Z Equipment Rentals of SC, Inc. Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

General:

§ Drive positive employee morale, exceptional branch experience and highest possible levels of customer satisfaction § Establish efficient, consistent, profitable, and customer-centric operations § Focus on sales fulfillment process, together with a strong aftermarket program for all customers (rentals, sales, and service) § Manage the branch assets in an efficient and profitable manner § Execute processes as directed by the VP of Operation § Provide input to the VP of Operations / President of the company as requested

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, & motivated.
• Clear driving record with some limited travel
• 2-5 years of management experience with strong understanding and knowledge of P&L, sales, customer service and employee relations.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Strong management, communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

• The Branch manager is responsible for all operations and success of the branch.
• Will report to VP of operations
• Oversight on sales, rentals, service, & parts.
• Work with team members to ensure that customer is taken care of.
• Have knowledge of P & L to maintain success of the branch

$85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
