Benefits Start after 30 days of employment. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in gas distribution or similar industries and demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead a team towards achieving business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations at the branch, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee the inside sales process, for target branch/retail sales goals
- Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes are implemented for OPEX and store retail
- Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth for retail sales
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency within the organization
- Supervise employee training programs designed to enhance skill sets related to product knowledge, customer service standards, safety protocols, etc. ________________________ Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Proven ability to manage people, projects, and budgets effectively
- Strong understanding of finance principles including budgeting & forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication (oral/written), interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills required
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite applications, SAP system and other industry specific software tools
