Every day your work willmake a difference in the way we run our business and the in the waycustomers interact with us.### Job DescriptionControls driving theoverall performance and operations for a high volume LARGE size,annually designated as an IAA Top 20 (top 2 in Canada), auctionbranch. The position is responsible for ensuring the branch meetsor exceeds its planned profitability, sales, and customer servicelevels. The Branch Manager interacts with all levels of staffwithin IAA and is responsible for maintaining an engaged, safe, andpositive work environment by managing and mentoring local staff.###Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall performance and operationof assigned auction branch locations; managing planning process.
• Monitor and maintain current branch/ service center positions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employeeonboarding and providing career development planning andopportunities.
• Develop and implement new methods of internalprocedures to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure that branch/servicecenter meets or exceeds its planned profitability sales andcustomer service levels.
• Successfully market the branch/servicecenter within the approved expense budget.
• Lead employees using aperformance management and development process that provides anoverall context and framework to encourage employee contributionand includes goal setting, feedback, and performance managementwhere required.
• Support and handle all personnel issues, includinghiring and terminating employees.
• Develop business and branchgrowth.
• Update the area/regional manager regarding the profit andloss operating results of the branch.
• Responsible for the overallsafety and security of all branch personnel and company assets.
• Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operatingunit per the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Consciouslycreate a workplace culture that is consistent with the overallorganization’s and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision,guiding principles, and values of the organization
• Perform otherduties as assigned### Qualifications
• 3-4 years’ experience
• Strongoperations background and experience
• Excellent customer relationsskills and ability to manage several levels of employees
• Generalknowledge of various employment laws and practices and employeerelations
• Experience or knowledge of insurance, automobile orparts industries and general mechanical knowledge of makes andmodels of vehicles
• Typical Business office Environment
• Work bothindoors and outdoors Environment, year-round
• Ability to travelapprox.
