Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to lead a company in the industrial automation solutions industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate with various departments, and support our commitment to excellence in distribution, application, and support of industrial automation products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the office team in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues quickly, and setting the tone for a customer-first culture. Identify any issues or training needs with office personnel and work with ownership to resolve. Oversee daily office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.? Process customer orders, invoices, and returns accurately and promptly.? Identify and correct inventory discrepancies within ERP system Provide administrative support to sales and leadership teams.? Serve as a point of contact for customer service issues, resolving or escalating as needed.? Manage office supply inventory and maintain relationships with service vendors.? Maintain company records and assist with reporting.? Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize office workflow.?
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management, preferably in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.? Comprehensive understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. Strong communication and organizational skills.? Solid technical aptitude – proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar). Netsuite a plus. Comfortable working in both customer facing and vendor facing capacities
