Bank Manager Confidential Nashville, TN 37219 Job Summary The Personal Banking Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the personal banking department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires effective team management and a deep understanding of financial products and services to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at upselling banking products to meet client needs. Duties Supervise and lead a team of personal bankers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Manage customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions. Oversee daily banking operations, ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations. Facilitate training sessions for staff on debits, credits, financial sales techniques, and effective use of 10 key typing for transactions. Drive sales initiatives by promoting banking products and services through upselling strategies. Collaborate with loan officers to streamline the loan application process for clients. Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment, with a focus on personal banking operations. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent relationship management capabilities, fostering trust and loyalty among clients. Proficiency in financial sales techniques, including upselling strategies. Familiarity with TILA regulations and Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
