What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead by example, hitting and exceeding your own sales quota. Recruit, train, and inspire a rockstar sales team for our Nashville branch. Oversee daily branch operations and ensure every customer interaction reflects the H&T Roofing standard. Work closely with our leadership team to execute growth strategies and drive success in your market.
What You’ll Get:
$650/week + Commission for the first 90 days while you ramp up and build your team. After 90 days and a performance review, you’ll transition into a W2 leadership role with long-term earning potential.
