Summary As the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all branch-level departments needed to get the business off the ground while leveraging Hers & His central resources and department leads. You will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the region and will work to grow your business organically. Responsibilities Lead and team of Area Managers and Supervisors who manage a subset of plumbing service technicians in the designated region. Hold responsibility for P&L and balance sheet optimization of your region. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives. Collaborate closely with Hers & His leadership team on the correct balance of staffing in your region. Identify and establish new residential service opportunities including relationships with realtors, warranty companies, etc. Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve. Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes. Champion a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service delivery. Adhere to and uphold compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.. Interpersonal Qualifications Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small. Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail. Qualifications Prior experience in the residential services and plumbing trades highly preferred Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity. 5+ years proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry or a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.) Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proven ability to get new initiatives off the ground. Effective leader capable of building and leading a winning team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
