Additionally, we have been awarded as acertified Great Place to Work for three years in a row and ModernHealthcare’s “Best Places to Work!” Overview Partner withDirector/Assistant Director of Business Development and Marketingto coordinate and implement effective marketing, sales programs,and ensure the branch meets its sales objectives. Lead andcoordinate the admissions process. Lead branch team and ensure thateffective and consistent daily office and people operations areachieved. How you Will make a difference Lead, develop and coachbranch staff and partner with Human Resources on performanceconcerns and terminations. Develop and lead training initiativesfor branch office staff. Ensure compliance with establishedbudgets. Partner with branch scheduling team to ensure clientsneeds are met on a consistent basis. Monitor and approve payrollprocessing within established timelines, ensuring accuracy.

Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Partnerwith Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure propercandidate sourcing, ease of candidate application and positiveonboarding experience. Attend required meetings and maintain opencommunication with corporate leadership team. Develop and implementstrategic sales plans/marketing plans to accommodate corporategoals. Develop marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies,and action plans for identified targets of opportunity that clearlydefine objectives, goals, win strategies, schedules and actionassignments. Identify opportunities related to changes in theindustry. What you Need to make a Difference Experience in HCBS(Home & Community Based Services)/ PSSA (Personal Support ServiceAgency) and/or Home Health preferred. Associates Degree inMarketing or related field, preferred. High school diploma or GEDand minimum of two (2) years related sales/marketing experiencerequired.
