A dayin the life:

Manage all branch operations, including businessdevelopment, service delivery, and office administration Manage andaudit P&L to identify trends, assess staff and resource needs,and operate within budget Forecast budgets for recruiting expensesLead and drive business development strategy with an ear to trends,competitors, and client needs Manage, train, and mentor staff todevelop talent within the branch office Perform general recruitmentduties to fill orders and maintain client satisfaction Explore themarket for prospective clients that can benefit from our servicesFind opportunities to grow service relationships with existingclients Cultivate client trust through exceptional service deliveryand follow through Collaborate on projects, such as implementationof new technology and tools Conduct quality reviews and monitorcontract compliance Develop relationships and partnerships withcivic, social, and other groups Travel to and participate incollege recruitment events Keep client management system andpaperwork up-to-date Review staff performance and productivity andpromote a culture of hard work and tenacity What you’ll need:
