Job Description
Trillium has an immediate opening for Branch Manager in Memphis, TN! Great opportun it y w it h a multinational company selling industrial cap it al equipment! This Direct-Hire opportun it y is seeking a sales leader to oversee a fast growing branch in Memphis. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!
Responsibil it ies:
- Supervise all branch sales, service, and operations
- Develop plans for future branch growth
- Have responsibil it y for branch prof it and loss
- Work out of the office in Memphis as the home base, plus travel w it h the sales team w it hin the branch terr it ory as needed.
(Average 50% travel w it hin Western Tennessee, Arkansas, Northern Louisiana, and Mississippi)
Compensation:
- $55-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus
- Commission averages $55-65,000+ the first year
- Annual bonus averages $14-16,000
- Total annual compensation (base, commission, and bonus) expected between $120-150,000

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience w it h a focus in sales and sales management
- Previous industrial/manufacturing/cap it al equipment industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership abil it y
- SAP experience is a plus
