Key Responsibilities Daily Schedule Management:

Oversee service appointments and optimize scheduling for efficiency.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Manage and mentor the technical team to ensure top performance.

Material & Vehicle Management:

Coordinate material orders and maintain company vehicle readiness.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track KPIs, monitor revenue targets, and report progress.

Training & Development:

Provide coaching and skill development for technicians.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations. What We Expect from
